These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Feymo mobile application (the "App") operated by Feymo ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing and using the Feymo App, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this App.

2. Description of Service

Feymo is a hairstyle discovery application that allows users to:

• Browse hairstyle portfolios from featured stylists
• View detailed hairstyle variations and descriptions
• Explore different styling techniques and difficulty levels
• Access hairstyle inspiration content

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree to use the App in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

4.1 You May:

• Browse and view hairstyle content
• Use the App for personal inspiration and reference
• Contact us for support or feedback

4.2 You May Not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

• Copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App content

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Feymo and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

All hairstyle images, descriptions, and related content in the App are provided for inspirational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided.

8. Disclaimers

The information in this App is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our App and the use of this App.

In no event shall Feymo, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Feymo and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to update or modify the App and these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Feymo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
